Maintenance

Your machine is your capital and should be looked after. We carry out regular maintenance and ensure that your machine runs reliably.

1. preventive maintenance / servicing

To reduce unplanned machine downtimes on your machine tool and to check the actual condition. Subsequent work can be carried out with little effort and can be realized
can be carried out cost-effectively within a few hours.

2. check drilling and milling spindle

  • Visual inspection of the spindle for damage and noise
  • Checking the axial looseness
  • Checking the concentricity
  • Checking the pull-in force

If there are any deviations, countermeasures can be offered to prevent spindle damage.
prevent spindle damage.

3. Quick-Checkmessung in 3 Achsen

The bearing control loop of the linear axes is checked using a ballbar test. This measurement allows conclusions to be drawn about the drive systems, the machine geometry and the positioning accuracy.

4. laser measurement, vibration analysis and quick check

A deterioration in the condition of the machine, especially turning and milling machines,
can in most cases be detected at an early stage by testing with the above-mentioned methods.

5. hard rock inspection

Geometries can be checked using conventional hard stone measuring equipment.

Your benefits at a glance:

  • Increased availability of your machines and systems through early detection of system problems and condition deviations
  • Optimization of maintenance planning
  • Timely detection of wear and avoidance of consequential damage
  • Low costs compared to unplanned machine or system downtime

6. maintenance cycle of your machine tool

7. replace wiper / guideway wiper

Replacing defective wipers can avoid  expensive repairs. We recommend regular inspection and replacement. Wipers with replaceable sealing lips can also be used for this purpose.

8. rotating union

If your machine has an ICC (internal cooling system), the rotary union should be checked or replaced at specified intervals. A defective rotary union can have expensive consequences as this would directly affect the main spindle.
We therefore recommend having them checked at regular intervals.
If we do not have a rotating union directly in stock, we can procure one for you in the shortest possible time.

9. Filter

Regularly checking the filters of a machine tool is essential if you want to avoid expensive damage or downtime.
The ultra-fine filters for the sealing air of the measuring devices are particularly important here.

10. clean the switch cabinet

Dust and other impurities deposited on the electronic components mean that they are no longer sufficiently cooled and consequently fail due to overheating.

We recommend

  • Remove coarse dirt from the switch cabinets
  • Check the ventilation and replace the filter elements if necessary
  • Visual inspection of the entire enclosure
