3. main spindle repairs

Spindle mount crashed? Total loss? We can help.

We have been repairing milling and turning spindles from all spindle manufacturers for more than 30 years. Especially after a crash, we have the ability to restore the SK or HSK tool holder.

The tool holder can be rebuilt on both motor spindles and belt-driven spindles. In this process, a corresponding spindle insert is inserted into the existing spindle core.

Depending on the type of damage, the repair can also be carried out on site without dismantling the spindle. The SK taper or the HSK holder is then ground.

4. spindle taper grinding

The main spindle does not have to be dismantled for this!

Spindle taper regrinding from SK30 to SK60 possible on site

HSK spindles can also be reground, but this is not possible in every case

If a spindle cone is completely destroyed, we can replace it with a cone insert - this can also be done on site within 2 days.

Define the scope of processing, e.g.

resurface the guideway with sliding lining, mill over and prepare for scraping
Grind the guideway, scrape the counter guide, adjust the wedge strip

After machining, a functional test and measurement is carried out.

The replacement parts are identified during assembly on site. It is also possible to modify the rails according to requirements (hole pattern, length, ....). We carry out the replacement of both ball and roller rail guides and carriages.
